The entire membership of the department is fully uniformed, as can be seen in the accompanying picture. Uniformed jackets were purchased by the department, but all other accessories were furnished by the members themselves and we believe we are the only fully uniformed volunteer unit in Palm Beach County.
On February 13 the department held a formal installation ceremony for its newly elected officers. Installing officer was Chief Dave Harris of Lake Park, who was elected an honorary member of our group. Installed were the following: Willard Foote, chief; Howard Hall, president; L. Blackwell, vice president; Paul Buchanan, treasurer and R. K. Goodman, secretary. Marshall Pierce, sergeant-at-arms and Calvin Wiggins, chaplain.
